Our president doesn't care about science or technology. He doesn't want to hear about the environment or bettering peoples lives. 

What will happen is other countries will pass us in growth and we will soon be behind in the world, plus we will owe everyone trillions.

Although I cant see it being as one-sided as NBC - I have satelite TV here and I have seen American news (FOX NEWS is always a drama!). I agree with you re: the BBC - If I want 'real' news i watch BBC world or check out the website!</description>
