The more important ones are stem cell research and how the repair the levy's in New Orleans. Our president doesn't care about science or technology. He doesn't want to hear about the environment or bettering peoples lives. What will happen is other countries will pass us in growth and we will soon be behind in the world, plus we will owe everyone trillions. Good work Bush.
